Open-source software
The Axint compiler, SDKs, CLI, and other repository materials are licensed under the licenses included with those projects. These terms govern the website and hosted services; they do not replace an open-source license.

Clear terms for the hosted layer.
The open-source core keeps its repository license. These terms cover axint.ai, Axint Cloud, accounts, hosted checks, and paid subscriptions.

Accounts and access
You are responsible for the identity provider account you use to sign in and for activity performed through your session. Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or account security.

Hosted checks and project data
Hosted services process the inputs you choose to submit in order to produce reports, artifacts, and repair guidance. The privacy policy describes collection, retention, telemetry, source handling, and account rights. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.

Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, included usage, and plan features are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel an active Stripe subscription from your account. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, compromise systems, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, probe other users' data, evade limits, or submit content that infringes another party's rights.

Service changes and availability
Apple beta software, hosted infrastructure, external identity providers, package registries, and payment services can change or become unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features, but will avoid materially reducing a prepaid paid plan without a reasonable transition or remedy.

No App Store guarantee
Reports and generated artifacts are development aids. You remain responsible for reviewing code, security, privacy declarations, accessibility claims, signing, legal compliance, and App Store submissions. Apple controls its platforms and review decisions.

Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hosted services are provided as available without implied warranties. Agentic Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a paid claim is limited to fees paid for the hosted service during the preceding three months.

Termination and governing law
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. These terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in courts located in Santa Clara County, California unless applicable law requires otherwise.
